Who This Is For

Pilots and other aviation personnel whose roles depend on hand-eye coordination, sustained and divided attention, and reaction speed. Psychomotor testing complements psychometric assessment where motor performance is safety-critical.

Psychomotor assessments must be conducted in person at our testing facility in Kempton Park, Gauteng.

Our Methodology

We use scientifically based, computer-assisted instruments to measure and train psychomotor abilities such as selective attention, working memory, spatial processing, concentration and motor coordination.

Results are compiled into a report with clear indicators and, where relevant, targeted development recommendations. Turnaround is typically 3-5 working days.

This working relationship predates Altharine Consulting's establishment as an independent practice in 2008.

The psychometric assessments have become an invaluable part of any recruitment process, providing meaningful insight beyond the interview and giving us greater confidence in our hiring decisions. The quality of the feedback, responsiveness and consistent support are exactly why I continue to work with and highly recommend Altharine.
