Who This Is For

Our career guidance assessments are for anyone at a professional crossroads — whether you are a school-leaver choosing a study direction, a young professional seeking clarity, or an experienced professional considering a career change. We also work with organisations that want to support their employees' development and internal mobility.

This is not generic career advice. It is a scientifically validated, in-depth profiling process that gives you objective data about your cognitive strengths, personality traits, interests, and values — and maps them to career paths where you are most likely to thrive.

The Process

The assessment session takes approximately 3 hours and includes a combination of cognitive ability tests, personality questionnaires, and interest inventories. Following the assessment, we compile a comprehensive career profile report.

You then receive a 60-minute one-on-one feedback session where we walk through your results, discuss career options aligned with your profile, and answer any questions. This session can be conducted in person or via video call.

Report turnaround is 5 working days from the assessment date.
